I started my coaching method with one goal in mind: to help women and those in underrepresented communities get the visibility and accessibility they deserve while pursuing careers in male-dominated industries. A natural byproduct of that goal, has been individuals’ experiencing increased joy within their work, relationships, and life. My background in technical recruiting combined with my personal interest in advocacy, help others focus, reflect, and refine a career that is true to them.

My expertise doesn’t focus solely on landing people sweet gigs. I primarily focus on mindset coaching and offer a long-term partnership intended to create awareness around potential roadblocks—whether internal or external—that limit people from going after what they really want.
